The VSC moving column machining center is extremely versatile, from the small machine variant to the elaborate version for large and complex workpieces. The combination of the rigid machine tables with the linear movement axes on the tool side offers all possibilities. Operation in pendulum mode is also part of the machine concept. Travels up to:
X = 10000 mm, Y = 1250 mm, Z = 1250 mm
- Tool monitoringDouble end machining: By using three spindles per side, face milling, drilling and threading of workpieces such as shafts or pipes is possible in just one clamping operation. The length and position of the workpiece are measured directly during machining.
- Collision monitoringThe VSC moving column machining center is extremely versatile.
