The system for data
and process analysis

Analyze processes and collected data in your
internal network, without the risk of data loss or data theft.

Early response to faults
for maximum main times

In modern production, machine hour rates are expensive. It is therefore crucial to minimize downtimes and unproductive non-productive times in order to maximize the main times for maximum added value. With UTDa® you can detect machine or system malfunctions at an early stage and react quickly and strategically. UTDa® always informs you about the current status of each machine and the utilization of your production capacity so that you always have an overview.

Efficient NC program monitoring By recording the cycle times, unwanted changes to the NC program can be detected immediately. This makes it possible to reverse inefficient adjustments as quickly as possible and thus maximize productivity.

Independent integration
Our software allows the independent integration of up to 100 UTTm systems. No technical know-how required! You have full control and flexibility.

Precise forecasts
Thanks to detailed logging, our software enables the creation of precise forecasts for future maintenance requirements. Depending on the settings, data can be evaluated over years or just days.

Open data communication
With the OPC UA interface, data can be transmitted and analyzed in real time. This interface is completely hardware and operating system-independent, which enables seamless integration into your existing infrastructure if OPC UA is already in place.

Flexible remote access to UTTm

With remote access to our tool monitoring systems, you can conveniently adjust limits and parameters directly on mobile devices. This enables you to react quickly and efficiently to changes and helps to optimize your production processes.

Comprehensive location analysis

It is possible to define several production sites in the software in order to analyze them at a glance. This allows sites and individual machines to be efficiently compared and analyzed, resulting in optimized production monitoring and control.

Long-term tool wear
Visualization of tool wear
Wear occurs during milling, drilling and other machining operations with defined cutting edges, which can have a negative effect on the quality of the workpiece (dimensional accuracy, surface quality, etc.). There are typical signs for each type of wear. This makes it possible to identify trends by applying different forces. However, these typical signs can also lead to hairline and comb cracks. In addition, expansion and shrinkage often occur in the material due to temperature fluctuations.
In the event of insert breakage, the system intervenes immediately to prevent major forces that could lead to damage to the tool holder, the machine or the workpiece. All in all, the precisely definable tool life increases economic efficiency.

Production

  • Analyses in production and materials management show the current status, possible performance and cost reduction potential.
  • Planning of production times and production output.
  • Determining the cause of these additional costs.
  • Target/actual analyses to identify unexpected cost increases at an early stage.
  • Machine comparison in production.

Number of faults

  • Reporting the number of faults from the fault causes
  • Notification of tools
  • Notification of standstill
  • and much more........

Analysis of tools and pre-maintenance

  • The Analysis tool helps you to review and assess your own use of resources. It also offers ideas and specific starting points for reducing the amount of material and energy used.
  • Predictive maintenance, collaborative communication, safety awareness and corporate integration are redefined by personalizable notifications and alerts in real time. This can reduce or even prevent unnecessary maintenance in factories or plants.

Location management

  • Site management: Manage multiple sites with one access
  • One access, manage multiple companies - simply and quickly!
  • Statistics: Check the total production broken down by location.
  • The organizational structure is based on the locations and production / processes

Mobile analysis

  • The visualization is WEB-based and can therefore be displayed on Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Microsoft Edge Chromium
  • Export of process data (I4.0) - The DT-Da® process monitoring system enables process data such as alarms, MDE messages and cycle times to be viewed on mobile end devices.
  • Operation and analysis of process monitoring in the network.
  • Remote access to the UTTec systems

Industry 4.0

  •  The interface is adapted for mobile devices
  • UT-Da® uses an internal SQL database in which all the data required for the display is stored; data in the SQL database is freely readable by customers.
  • Cross-location administration is available in the system.
  • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) with timer for chuck, turret, etc.
